Terms of Service

By registering an account, accessing, or using the Larund AI platform and any associated services (collectively, the "Service" or the "Platform"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to both you as an individual and that entity.

The Service is operated by Larund (hereinafter "Larund", "we", "us", or "our").

Larund is an AI-powered productivity workspace designed for founders, entrepreneurs, and small teams. The Platform provides, among other things:

• AI Assistant — a multi-model chat interface with persistent memory, context management, and document referencing, powered by third-party large language models (LLMs) routed through OpenRouter.
• Task & Project Management — creation, scheduling, and prioritisation of tasks within projects.
• Document Workspace — creation and editing of documents, with AI-assisted writing.
• Email & Calendar Integration — read, compose, and send Gmail messages; manage Google Calendar events, with AI assistance.
• Media Studio — AI-powered image and video generation.
• Social Media Automation — AI-drafted and scheduled posts for X (Twitter) and Meta platforms.
• Voice Mode — speech-to-text and text-to-speech interaction with the AI assistant.
• Affiliate Programme — a referral system allowing users to invite others and earn benefits.

Larund reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws or regulations.
• Not have had a Larund account previously terminated for a violation of these Terms.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If Larund becomes aware that a user does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account without prior notice.

If you are between 16 and 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password, or by authenticating through a supported third-party OAuth provider (e.g. Google, Meta). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Notify Larund immediately at info.arsenaillc@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session on shared devices.
• Not use another user's account without their explicit permission.

Larund will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We may treat any activity performed under your credentials as authorised by you.

One Account per User

Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, bans, or credit restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

Plans

The Service is offered under the following plan tiers:

Billing & Payment

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase) through Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise Larund to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price.

Price Changes

Larund reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price change by email and/or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Premium plan after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Upon cancellation, your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Except where required by law (including applicable EU consumer protection regulations), all payments are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at info.arsenaillc@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.

Taxes

Subscription prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT). You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Certain features of the Service consume Credits — virtual units deducted from your account balance when you perform AI-powered operations. Credits are not currency, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.

• Free-tier users receive a daily message allowance that resets at midnight UTC.
• Premium users receive a monthly credit allocation that resets on their billing anniversary.
• Credits do not roll over between periods unless otherwise stated.
• You may optionally supply your own OpenRouter API key (BYOK mode) to bypass platform credit deduction for AI chat. Your key is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used solely on your behalf.
• Larund reserves the right to adjust credit costs for any operation with reasonable prior notice.

Credits purchased or allocated as part of a subscription plan are non-refundable and expire if your account is terminated or your subscription lapses.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Activities

• Generating, distributing, or storing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Using the Service to produce, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors. This will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
• Generating content designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate individuals or organisations (e.g. phishing campaigns, deepfake fraud, disinformation).
• Using the Service to infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any party.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the Platform or any underlying AI models.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its related systems, or other users' accounts.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent usage limits, credit systems, rate limits, or access controls through any technical or non-technical means.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access the Service beyond what is permitted through the official API, without Larund's express written permission.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercialising access to the Service without Larund's express written authorisation.
• Uploading or transmitting any malware, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code or content.
• Using the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service.

Content Standards

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, upload, or generate through the Service. Larund does not pre-screen user content but reserves the right — at its sole discretion — to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, or that Larund finds objectionable, without prior notice and without liability.

Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, removal of content, reporting to relevant authorities, and/or civil or criminal legal action, at Larund's sole discretion.

Larund's Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, software, source code, visual elements, logos, trademarks, service marks, and all other content created by Larund, is and remains the exclusive property of Larund and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer to you any ownership interest in the Platform or Larund's intellectual property. The Larund name, logo, and related marks may not be used without prior written permission.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or input into the Service ("User Content"), including documents, tasks, chat messages, and files. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Larund a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to process, store, display, and transmit your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.

Larund does not claim ownership of User Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-Generated Output

Content generated by the AI models in response to your prompts ("AI Output") is provided to you on an as-is basis. Ownership of AI Output, to the extent permitted by applicable law, vests in you as the User. However, because AI Output is generated by third-party models, Larund cannot guarantee its originality, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are solely responsible for verifying and ensuring the lawfulness of any AI Output you use or publish.

Feedback

If you provide Larund with suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant Larund a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, incorporate, and exploit such Feedback in any way, without any obligation of compensation or attribution.

The Service integrates with or relies upon the following third-party services:

Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the respective provider's terms of service and privacy policies, in addition to these Terms. Larund is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Enabling or disabling integrations is entirely at your discretion and can be managed in Settings → Connections.

When you connect a third-party account (e.g. Google, X), you authorise Larund to access and interact with that account on your behalf, strictly within the permissions (OAuth scopes) you grant. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the integration in the Platform or through the relevant provider's account settings.

The AI models available through the Service are powerful tools, but they are not infallible. By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. You must independently verify any AI-generated information before relying on it, particularly for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions.
• AI Output does not constitute professional advice of any kind. Larund is not a law firm, medical practice, financial adviser, or any other licensed professional service provider.
• AI models may produce content that is similar or identical to content generated for other users. Larund makes no warranty of uniqueness or exclusivity.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining the suitability of any AI Output before publishing, distributing, or acting upon it.
• Actions taken via AI automation (e.g. sending emails, publishing posts) are performed at your direction and on your authority. Larund is not liable for any consequences arising from such automated actions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Larund does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the Service will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. To the extent such exclusions are not permitted under applicable law, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Larund's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Larund in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Larund's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including EU consumer protection law).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Larund and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Termination by You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account Management. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

Termination by Larund

Larund may suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if:

• You materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice (where a remedy is possible).
• You engage in prohibited conduct listed in Section 7 (Acceptable Use Policy).
• Continued provision of the Service to you would expose Larund to legal liability.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months (with prior email notice).
• Larund ceases to operate the Service.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. All licences granted under these Terms will terminate. Unused credits or subscription time at the moment of termination for cause shall not be refunded. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and this Section) shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU and national mandatory law.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, we encourage you to first contact us at info.arsenaillc@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution is not achieved, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary, subject to any mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers under EU law.

EU consumers also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Larund reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. For material changes — such as the introduction of new obligations, changes to payment terms, or significant alterations to your rights — we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email and/or via a prominent in-app notice.

Non-material changes (e.g. typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect your rights) may be made without prior notice. The effective date of the current version is always shown at the top of this page.

The current version of these Terms is always available at larund.com/terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service and delete your account before the revised Terms take effect.
